Code of Practice for the investigation of protected electronic information
This code of practice explains laws relating to investigating protected electronic information. It provides guidance to be followed when requiring the disclosure of protected electronic information in an intelligible form, or to acquire the means by which protected electronic information may be accessed or put into an intelligible form.
