Managing the Programme
Two bodies run the CBRN resilience programme - the Strategic Board, and the Performance and Delivery Group.
The Strategic Board
The Strategic Board is made up of senior representatives from all the key delivery partners, and is chaired by the Home Office. It is responsible for the programme policy, direction and prioritisation.
The Performance and Delivery Group
The Performance and Delivery Group reports to the Strategic Board and is also chaired by the Home Office.
Made up of representatives from all the main delivery partners, it is responsible for generating proposals for new work and for monitoring programme performance.
